by 2025, 100% of Resorts, Hotels, Restaurants, etc  in tourist centers such as HCMC and Vung Tau, 'MUST STOP' using non-degradable plastic bags and single use plastic products.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

The Replacing Single Use Plastic  in your Business Seminar & Display, will provide a platform for scores of both National and International manufacturers and suppliers of Single Use Plastic Alternatives, to present to the Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Processing, and Retailing Sectors of Vietnam & the region, cost effective eco-friendly alternate packaging solutions which can today, cost effectively and efficiently replace all their existing Single Use Plastic packaging, cups, bags, etc.

WHO WILL BE ATTENDING

Managers of Food & Beverage Manufacturers & Processors, Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Fast Food and other Retail Outlets are expected to spend a day viewing and gaining pricing on numerous eco-friendly, cost effective alternatives to their present day plastic packaging, etc.

THE SEMINAR

The Replacing Single Use Plastics in Your Business Seminar will be stage at the prestigious Pullman Hotel Convention Centre, Vung Tau, which will allow us to seat 450 attendees comfortably in classroom style.

The Seminar Room has a huge stage and two large screens for your presentations.

Attendees Cost

​

The cost for Seminar attendees, including tea breaks & 3 course lunch, will only be US$50 which will ensure the seminar is full to capacity

COMPLIMENTARY DISPLAY TABLE

​

Each Single Use Plastic Alternate Presenter at the seminar will receive a complimentary Corporate Product Presentation Table with printed Table banner, within the entrance foyer where they can display their products to seminar attendees  during,

  • The morning (one hour),

  • Both tea breaks (30 minutes each),

  • Lunch hour (one hour)

  • For one hour at the conclusion of the seminar.

SEMINAR LUNCHEON

 

The scrumptious 3 course luncheon for 450 people will be staged in the Grand Ballroom of the Convention Centre as table service.

 

The ultra large, well air-conditioned ballroom, has a stage and two large screens which will allow for our keynote speakers to present during the luncheon.

​

Outside the ballroom exhibitors will be able to meet and do business with attendees at their respective display stands

THE WELCOME & SEMINAR COCKTAIL FUNCTIONS

​

The Welcome & Seminar Evening cocktail functions are to be staged at the world renowned Fusion Suites Rooftop Bar, Vung Tau.

​

The 2 hour, free flowing wine, beer & soft drinks, Welcome, Meet & Greet, Cocktail Function staged the night before the seminar will be an invitation only function, comprising Sponsors, Presenting Companies, Media and Special Invited Guests.

​

The 2 hour free flowing wine, beer & soft drinks Seminar Evening Cocktail Function will provide Presenting Companies the opportunity to informally meet with large food & beverage manufacturers and retailers who need to identify solutions for their processing & packaging needs.

Rather than establishing an extensive exhibition, which would require each manager to visit numerous stands in an effort to find an alternate solution for their packaging needs.

 

The Single Use Plastic Seminar presents the opportunity for each Alternate Packaging Manufacturer, utilizing their sample bags full of product, along with their descriptive and easy to understand Power-point presentation, to present on stage, their entire product range, of alternate solutions & new packaging concepts along with pricing, to the entire group of seminar attendees at one time.

FREE MANUFACTURER SAMPLE BAGS

Every Seminar attendee will receive a free eco-friendly Sample Bag from each presenting Alternative Manufacturer, which will not only contain the manufacturers contact information, brochures, pricing, etc, but will also have inside numerous samples of all the products presented by that manufacturer on stage.

 

This will allow attendees to take the samples back to their establishments and try them in real world situations to see which alternative packaging works best for their applications.

PRODUCT DISCOUNT VOUCHURES

 

Each Seminar Attendee will receive a number of Alternate Product Discount Vouchers in their sample bags, which they will be able to use on their first product purchases from the issuing manufacturer.

These discounts should see all Seminar Attendees saving more on their first Single Use Plastic Alternative Purchases, than it cost them to attend the seminar.
